How quickly do you reply?
Calls are answered directly seven days between 7am and 9pm. Form enquiries and emails are usually answered within the hour during the day, and first thing the next morning if you send them late at night.
Can you come out today?
Often yes, particularly if you call in the morning. Same-day availability is genuine rather than a marketing line, but it depends on where you are and what the day already looks like.
Do you charge for a quote?

Do you do commercial work?
Yes, offices, cafes, venues, real estate and strata. We work out of hours where you need us to and invoice the business with an ABN on the invoice.
What payment methods do you take?
Card and bank transfer, paid on completion once you have looked over the work. Commercial clients can be invoiced on terms by arrangement.
