Condensation Is the Local Problem

No, and that is the point. We clean them where they hang using a low-moisture on-site process, so there is no unhooking, no transport and no rehanging. Your windows are never bare.
Will they shrink?
On-site cleaning uses far less moisture than wet processing, which is exactly why shrinkage is very unlikely. Shrinkage is a common complaint after curtains are taken away and wet-cleaned, and it is the main reason people choose on-site.
How long do they take to dry?
Two to four hours hanging in place, and we use air movement to speed it up. You can close them the same evening.
Can you remove mould from the linings?
Usually the spotting can be treated and significantly reduced. Mould on window-facing linings comes from condensation, so unless the condensation is addressed it will return. Where the mould has weakened or bleached the fabric we will tell you honestly that it cannot be fully reversed.
Can you get cooking smells out?
Yes. Grease and smoke residue bond to the fibre, which is why curtains near a kitchen smell stale even when they look fine. They are treated with a degreasing step rather than just dusted.
