The Receipt Matters as Much as the Clean

Most leases require professional carpet cleaning at the end of a tenancy and require you to produce a receipt proving it. Plenty of tenants clean beautifully with a hired machine and still get queried, because there is no receipt to hand over.

Doncaster sits high, and the housing reflects two very different eras: substantial post-war family homes on large blocks through the older streets, and a dense band of newer apartments along Doncaster Road near Westfield.

The older homes are where most of our work is. They tend to have original or long-serving carpet across a big footprint, ducted heating throughout, and established gardens that bring a steady supply of fine soil in through the back door.
