Will this help my allergies?
It reduces the dust-mite waste and allergen load in the mattress, which for many people is a meaningful part of the problem. We will not promise it fixes your allergies, because bedroom carpet, curtains and pillows all contribute too. If you wake congested and clear within an hour, the bed is a sensible first thing to address.
Do you clean both sides?
Yes where the mattress can be turned and there is room to do it. Sweat and soil pass through the ticking, so cleaning only the top is genuinely half a job. Some modern pillow-top mattresses are one-sided by design and are treated accordingly.
Can you remove urine stains and the smell?
Usually. It needs an enzyme treatment that breaks down the uric acid crystals rather than a surface clean, because those crystals are what re-activate the smell in humid weather. Where urine has soaked into the foam core we will tell you honestly if the result is likely to be partial.
Should I clean the bed head at the same time?
It is worth considering. Fabric bed heads sit at pillow height and collect hair product and body oil, and almost none have ever been cleaned. They are from $60 and the call-out is already covered if we are there for the mattress.
Will you be able to park in my street?
